Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Revived Skin Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality of service. In order to ensure smooth scheduling and to accommodate all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.

  • Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be automatically charged a $30 cancellation fee.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via phone, email, or through our online booking system.

 


Return Policy

At Revived Skin Clinic, we are committed to providing top-quality skincare products and treatments. To maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns on any products or treatments purchased.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the personal nature of skincare products and services, all purchases made at Revived Skin Clinic are final. This includes, but is not limited to, skincare products, supplements, and pre-paid treatments or packages.

  • Product Satisfaction: We are confident in the quality of the products we offer. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing or need assistance in selecting the right product for your skin type, our team is happy to provide recommendations.

  • Service Packages: Once purchased, service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

At Revived Skin Clinic, we prioritize the well-being, safety, and comfort of all our clients and staff. To maintain a positive and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

  • Professional Conduct: We expect all clients to engage with our staff and other clients in a respectful and courteous manner. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.

  • Health & Safety: For the safety of our team and clients, we may refuse service if a client has an active contagious condition, arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or is otherwise unfit to receive treatment.

  • Violation of Policies: Clients who fail to comply with our clinic policies, including but not limited to our cancellation, refund, or payment policies, may also be refused service.

We strive to provide the best experience for all of our clients, and these policies help ensure a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for everyone.
